We are looking for a **Senior Learning Experience Designer** to design end-to-end learning experiences, turning business and learning goals into effective educational solutions. In this role, you'll bring deep instructional design expertise, experiment with new approaches, and share your knowledge to help the methodology team continuously improve - without direct people management. - Design complete courses end-to-end, especially in new non-standers niches. - Choose and apply innovative pedagogical approaches, not production against a fixed brief. - Set success metrics for your own solutions, instrument them, hit them. - Teach and mentor other LXDs. - Identify and correct broken instructional-design patterns across the team's output. - Set and document LX standards. - Quickly iterate end experiment with new ideas/concepts (vibecoding). - Deep, demonstrable instructional design expertise (3+ years) + in IT education. - Has shipped complete educational solutions soloDefines and defends metrics for learning outcomes. - Can argue the choice of edu formate based on TA info. - Genuinely able to transfer expertise, mentor, show-case. - High autonomy and creativity. - Experience owning end-to-end content productionExperience developing edu content in iteration based on users’ feedback metrics. - High autonomy to explore, test, and improve processes. - Competitive compensation. - Fully remote collaboration. - Work alongside an experienced, global professional team.
