This role is responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving process improvements, and leading laboratory teams to achieve operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** \* Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and performance. \* Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory supervisors and staff. \* Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and federal/state laboratory regulations. \* Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. \* Monitor staffing, workflow, and operational metrics. \* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service. **Qualifications** \* Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field. \* 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience in a high-volume, high-complexity testing environment. \* Medical Technologist certification (ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent) required. \* Florida Supervisor License required. \* Strong knowledge of CAP, CLIA, and laboratory regulatory standards. \* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
