You'll be responsible for designing data structures and optimizing queries for maximum efficiency and performance. - **Solve Complex Problems:** Utilize your in-depth knowledge to analyze complex issues, evaluate business and system processes, and make evaluative judgments to create industry-leading solutions. - **Champion Quality:** Establish and implement new or revised application systems that meet specific business needs, while ensuring essential procedures and operating standards are followed. - **Collaborate & Mentor:** Serve as an advisor and coach to other developers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. - **Own Your Work:** Operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising your independence of judgment and autonomy to deliver results and manage deadlines. **Recommended Qualifications:** - **Core Expertise:** 5-8 years of professional experience with a deep, expert-level proficiency in **Java backend development**. - **Data & SQL Mastery:** Proven, in-depth expertise in **data analysis and advanced SQL**.
