This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex office build-outs, technology infrastructure deployments, office relocations, workplace transformation, and end-user technology projects across regional/global environments. The successful candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle—from project initiation, business case development, planning, budgeting, governance, and execution through technology deployment, user migration, and project closure. You will collaborate with Corporate Real Estate teams, technology workstreams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects. Manage multiple concurrent, high-value projects across regional business units. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, governance, and success criteria. Develop project charters, business cases, schedules, and implementation plans. Infrastructure & Workplace Projects Manage Corporate Real Estate technology initiatives including: Office Build-outs Office Relocations Workplace Modernization Network Infrastructure Deployments End User Computing Projects Audio Visual & Collaboration Technologies Coordinate technology readiness for new office launches and workplace transformations. Financial & Budget Management Develop project budgets and financial forecasts. Manage project costs, procurement, forecasting, and financial governance. Track project financial performance throughout the lifecycle. Support business case development and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Build strong relationships with business leaders, Corporate Real Estate teams, technology teams, and vendors. Act as the single point of contact for project risks, issues, escalations, and executive communications. Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners. Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive project reviews. Project Governance Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and governance. Monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and quality. Prepare executive dashboards, reports, KPIs, scorecards, and status updates. Drive project controls, documentation, and compliance. Risk & Change Management Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Manage project scope, change requests, and dependency planning.
