Join us in this influential position, and be a driving force behind technological excellence, innovation, and the organization's continued leadership in the global technology landscape. ### Responsibilities **Key Responsibilities** - Drive Digital transformation in Project Engineering function for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) within Building Autoamation - Deploy and drive change management through Siemens Rulestream and Teamcenter PLM systems to ensure they align with business needs and improve design lifecycle processes, change management, data management (sensitive, protected, export regulations), workflow management, customer deliverables in the project management space - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, data protection - Provide expert guidance on PLM/ETO strategies and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. ### Qualifications **YOU MUST HAVE** - 8+ years of experience in IT analysis, particularly with PLM systems and ETO (Engineer to Order) Systems like Rulestream - 5+ years of experience delivering digital process improvement, business stakeholder management. - 5+ years of experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and matrix organizations to implement IT solutions that meet business objectives. - 5+ years of experience managing large complex engineering transformation projects from requirements to execution to adoption **WE VALUE** - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Relevant experience in PLM systems and project management. - Excellent problem-solving skills to dig deeper into challenging solutions and provide value driven solutions that have direct impact to business outcomes - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Passion for staying updated with emerging IT trends and technologies. - Worked with business stakeholders managing requirements and working with corporate team to drive business and technology transformation **BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL** In addition to a compet…
