As a **Senior Human Resources Manage**r, you oversee all aspects of the hotel’s HR function as well as Labor Relations activities with both the hotel team and union agents. ### Responsibilities Here's what you'll do during a typical day: - **Oversee daily HR operations:** Manage key HR functions, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations - **Labor Relations:** Act as the liaison between the hotel team and in the union.
