We’re looking for a Senior Governance Specialist to become the operational backbone of our Research Governance function. Think of this role as the custodian of consistency: the person who keeps our methodology stable and understood across the business, our taxonomy clean, our trackers humming, and our governance infrastructure scaling as fast as Tracksuit grows. This isn’t a “wait for tasks” kind of gig. It’s a high‑ownership, high‑autonomy role for someone who loves building systems, documenting and sharing update; spotting drift before it becomes chaos, and coordinating across a bunch of clever humans to keep everything aligned.
