This is an opportunity for an experienced full stack developer to influence technical solutions and deliver meaningful business impact. ### Accountabilities: The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications while supporting technical excellence and collaboration across development teams. - Develop and maintain applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and modern frontend technologies. - Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver complete digital solutions. - Analyze and resolve technical challenges with a broad understanding of business needs and system impacts. - Ensure application performance, stability, and continuous improvement throughout the software lifecycle. - Apply best practices in software development, coding standards, testing, and architecture. - Use AI-powered tools throughout the development process to improve productivity, accelerate coding, and enhance software quality. - Contribute to the evolution of data layers and database solutions using SQL Server. - Participate actively in agile ceremonies and collaborate within Scrum/Kanban teams. - Share knowledge, support mentoring initiatives, and help strengthen engineering practices within the team. - Contribute to technical discussions and promote continuous improvement across the development environment. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong full stack development experience, solid software engineering fundamentals, and the ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments. - Strong experience with Java 17+ development. - Solid experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch frameworks. - Strong frontend development experience with React or equivalent modern frontend technologies. - Experience working with SQL Server for data management and application development. - Knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and clean code principles. - Experience using version control tools such as Git. - Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary professionals. - Experience working in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
