Our partner is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET/Angular) - GovTech / HR Software based in Brazil.** This remote role offers the opportunity to build scalable software solutions that support the modernization of public-sector operations. You will design and develop enterprise-grade SaaS applications using modern Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms. The role combines full-stack engineering, architectural thinking, performance optimization, and AI-assisted development practices. You will collaborate with experienced professionals in Agile teams to deliver secure, reliable, and impactful technology solutions. This position is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and taking ownership of high-quality software delivery. You will contribute to meaningful digital transformation projects while continuously improving engineering processes and product capabilities. ### Accountabilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient microservices and full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server. - Build secure and high-performance SaaS solutions while applying best practices in software architecture, application design, and performance optimization. - Design, optimize, and maintain database structures, stored procedures, and SQL queries to ensure reliability and scalability. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code supported by unit and integration testing practices. - Leverage AI-powered development tools and coding assistants to improve productivity, software quality, and engineering efficiency. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across development, testing, and production environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Contribute to source code management, CI/CD workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Take ownership of technical deliverables while ensuring application reliability, maintainability, and performance. ## Requirements: - 5+ years of professional experience developing web applications with C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL. - Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization. - Proven experience building scalable enterprise SaaS applications and working with modern software development practices. - Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms and experience developing cloud-based solutions. - Knowledge of GraphQL and modern API development practices is a plus. - Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar solutions. - Understanding of AI concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs), MCP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, software architecture, multi-threading, data structures, and performance optimization. - Experience with unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and Shift Left development approaches. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Self-driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality software solutions. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. ## Benefits: - 100% remote work flexibility with the ability to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. - Highly competitive USD-based compensation. - Paid time off policies designed to support work-life balance and personal well-being. - Flexible work environment focused on autonomy, ownership, and results. - Opportunity to work on innovative, high-impact projects with leading international organizations. - Collaboration with a diverse global network of experienced technology professionals.…
