What you’ll do As a Frontend Engineer within the Growth team, you will architect and build scalable, high-performance frontend solutions that power growth funnels, landing pages, and marketing campaigns. You will drive experimentation, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and enable data-driven strategies that shape how we acquire and engage users globally. This role is based in San Francisco. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and enhance highly scalable, performance-driven frontend solutions using React and TypeScript for growth initiatives, including landing pages and marketing campaigns. - Write well-tested, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring robust performance and smooth user experiences. - Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to track and interpret critical user behavior metrics, supporting A/B testing, feature flagging, and experimentation frameworks. - Work closely with Design, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver intuitive, delightful user interfaces and continuously refine key user journey flows to increase conversions and reduce friction. - Develop rapid prototypes to validate new ideas or hypotheses related to user acquisition and engagement; use insights to iterate quickly. - Champion frontend best practices, uphold high standards of code quality, and drive technical leadership a…
