Senior Finance Manager - On Premise

**Your Impact** As a trusted advisor to the Head of Finance Away From Home and On Premise Sales Leadership team, you'll help shape commercial decisions that drive sustainable sales growth, profitability and market leadership. Combining strategic thinking with data-driven insights, you'll influence investment choices, challenge decision-making and identify opportunities to create value across the On Premise channel. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with Sales and Finance leaders to drive profitable growth, optimise customer investment and manage commercial risks and opportunities. - Own end-to-end financial performance of the On Premise P&L, balancing growth, profitability, ROI and cash flow outcomes. - Deliver robust commercial, financial and strategic analysis to support customer planning, pricing, negotiations and investment decisions. - Challenge and influence strategic, operational and commercial decisions to improve business performance and value creation. - Provide thought leadership and actionable insights to strengthen decision-making across customers, segments and channels. - Lead financial planning activities including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and IBP processes. - Collaborate across Finance, Sales and Commercial Operations to ensure strong financial discipline and execution of business priorities. **About You** - Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting with CA/CPA preferred. - Extensive experience in senior commercial finance or business partnering roles. - Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn data into actionable insights. - Confident influencing stakeholders and building strong cross-functional relationships. - Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with strong analytical capability. - Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - FMCG, retail or consumer goods experience highly regarded. **Why Asahi Beverages?** At Asahi Beverages, we're passionate about crafting more than just drinks - we craft moments of connection, celebration, and shared enjoyment.
