AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be **in-office 5 days a week** to support the team. ## Job Description We are hiring a **Senior Manager, Enterprise Reporting – FP&A** to join our Finance team in Chicago, IL or Denver, CO. This role will be responsible for monthly and quarterly financial reporting and enterprise financial results. The position requires deep expertise in multifamily operations and asset management, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to effectively partner with internal leaders and Blackstone. The ideal candidate is a dynamic people leader with a proven ability to design and execute scalable, efficient processes that deliver consistent, decision-ready insights. ***What You Will Do:*** The **Senior Manager** will be instrumental in developing and overseeing strategies that support enterprise decision-making by clearly telling the story of financial and operational performance - past, present, and forward-looking. In close partnership with Operation Teams, Asset Management, and other cross-functional leaders, this role enables strategic decision-making at both the community and portfolio levels.
