Role Summary The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as the finance lead for Renewal and Customer Success, owning topline and Opex analysis while providing insights into renewal performance, retention trends, and coverage model effectiveness. This role will partner closely with GTM Finance leadership, Renewal Operations, Customer Success, Sales Leadership, and BI to drive forecasting, identify business risks and opportunities, and improve decision-making through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex data environments, leveraging AI-enabled tools, and translating analysis into actionable recommendations for business leaders. This position is expected to provide coverage during West Coast working hours.
