The Senior Fellows Program Manager is responsible for the strategic development, execution, and continuous improvement of Abbott Structural Heart's fellowship engagement programs. This role serves as the primary architect and leader of initiatives designed to educate, engage, and develop the next generation of structural heart physicians. Working closely with Professional Relations, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical, and external physician partners, the Fellows Program Manager will create impactful educational experiences that enhance fellows' clinical knowledge, procedural understanding, and awareness of Abbott Structural Heart therapies. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, experience working with healthcare professionals and teaching institutions, and a passion for advancing physician education.
