This position will be responsible for engaging with the community to provide education and answer questions through in-store demos and events and communicating in-store promotions. Must have excellent time management skills and be willing to work some evenings and weekends. **Responsibilities:** - Responsible for representing our brands and products in community, retail, and marketing events. - Become a brand expert, able to answer questions about product benefits and provide product knowledge. - Build brand awareness and loyalty by creating memorable patient/customer experiences. - Must set-up and breakdown tables, tents, swag items and marketing collateral in-store and other events. - Manage the distribution/inventory of marketing swag and collateral for events and giveaways. - Establish and maintain relationships with local community partners. - Manage and adhere to established schedules in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while ensuring accuracy and follow through. - Partner with and maintain productive working relationships with the dispensary, wholesale, and manufacturing teams. - Works productively with internal cross-functional teams as well as with external partners. - *Majority of the work will require state-wide travel.* - *Manage in-store displays and keep product marketing displays up to date with accounts.* - *Must attend scheduled meetings and maintain good communications in real time while on site.* **Company Culture:** - Being a company brand ambassador and representing the brand appropriately. - Building relationships with community leaders and trust from our neighbors. - Following and implementing…
