About the Role As Executive / Senior Executive – Finance , you will support day-to-day finance operations by owning core accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and enabling smooth month-end execution. This role is designed for someone with strong fundamentals in accounting and the procure-to-pay cycle, who can execute with accuracy, follow-through, and strong process discipline. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and finance teams to ensure transactions are recorded correctly, reports are prepared on time, and compliance and documentation hygiene remain strong. What You’ll Do Accounting & Transaction Management Record and maintain financial transactions with strong accuracy and documentation discipline. Ensure timely and correct financial entries across ledgers and supporting schedules. Financial Statements & Reporting Support Support preparation of financial statements and periodic finance reports. Maintain reconciliations, trackers, and supporting documentation for audits and reviews. Budgeting & Forecasting Assistance Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities through data preparation, consolidation, and variance support. Provide clean, structured inputs to enable decision-ready reporting. Financial Analysis & Audit Support Support financial analysis, checks, and internal reviews to identify discrepancies and improve accuracy. Assist with audits by ensuring documentation, approvals, and schedules are readily available. Procure-to-Pay and Payables Support Support the procure-to-pay cycle including invoice processing, validations, and payment-related documentation. Ensure process adherence for pay orders and approvals as applicable. Compliance & Process Discipline Ensure compliance with finance policies and applicable financial regulations through clean process execution. Maintain strong timelines, follow-ups, and closure discipline across assigned tasks. What You Bring Qualifications & Experience Graduation in B.Com . Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance operations / accounting. Strong working knowledge of: Accounting fundamentals Procure-to-pay cycle Financial entries and pay order processing Tally MS Excel Strong English communication (written and verbal).
