The Senior Engineer, Total Product Support (TPS), is responsible for delivering system-level support for semiconductor equipment, including troubleshooting, tool installation, and field execution. This role focuses on equipment integration and close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal tool performance and successful site start-up. Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis across mechanical, electrical, software, and process domains Support tool installation, qualification, and new site start-ups Collaborate with R&D and global teams to resolve technical escalations Provide on-site customer support to ensure tool performance and uptime Mentor field engineers and support technical knowledge transfer Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or related fields) 3~6+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment or manufacturing Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience Fast learner, able to work independently in dynamic customer environments Open to candidates from diverse technical backgrounds (not limited to TPS) Willingness to travel approximately 25%–50% based on business and customer needs Apply today to be part of what’s next.
