Senior Engineer – Tank Gauging

We have an opportunity for a Senior Engineer – Tank Gauging to join us at Honeywell, in the UK, where you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance and commissioning process of Honeywell Enraf equipment and inventory systems at our customer sites. This is a field-based role supporting our UK customer base with the need for occasional overnight stays. From refineries to distribution centers to retail stores, we help deliver results while improving worker safety and meeting sustainability goals such as reduced carbon emissions – by leveraging connectivity, advanced data analytics, software, robotics, sensors, process automation and asset performance management solutions. ***We Enable our Customers to Enhance the Safety, Sustainability, Resilience and Productivity of their People, Plants, and Assets.*** ### Responsibilities - Start-up, commissioning and preventative maintenance along with repairs at customer sites. - Understanding customer requirements and working closely with them on existing systems - Informing the customer about obsolete equipment and stimulating replacement of old equipment that cannot be repaired anymore - Create accurate reports on all executed activities as well as the findings reported by the customer - Use and maintain all measuring equipment and tools optimally and timely calibrate these according to the procedures ### Qualifications - Experience in a similar role working within field services ideally within the instrumentation sector – Enraf knowledge would be an advantage - Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with people at all levels - Analytical / problem solving skills along with technical skills with a high level of attention to detail - Ability to multitask and manage priorities - Full UK Driving License **Our offer** - Market specific training and on-going personal development - Competitive salary and generous benefits - Work for a well-known brand with a continued focus on innovation and growth We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
