Travel: Up to 15%, domestic or international Job ID: 1747 Responsibilities : Perform detailed receiving, in-process, and final inspections on PCBA, harnessing, and assemblies to IPC Class 3 Review and verify supplier end item data packages including Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), as built BOMs, electrical test reports, and X-rays Identify and document non conformances, segregate suspect material, and initiate supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure traceability of materials according to AS9100 and customer requirements Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to resolve discrepancies prior to qualification and customer submission Support internal and external audits Work in manufacturing computer system to record inspections, move parts through inspection queues, and generate nonconformance report requests Implement and maintain a calibrated tool system and process Requirements: 6+ years of experience in a regulated industry (aerospace, robotics, medical device, automotive, or equivalent) IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 board inspection certification required IPC-A-600 preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items over 40 lbs To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Capella Employees must be a U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce, as applicable.
