Senior eCommerce Manager

We're looking for an experienced ecommerce leader to own and grow Exploding Kittens' global digital business. This role is responsible for the day-to-day performance and execution across our ecommerce channels, including Amazon (US, Canada, UK, and EU), Target.com, Walmart.com (1P & 3P), DTC, TikTok Shop, and emerging marketplaces. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Business Development, you'll serve as the connective tissue across every digital point of sale, ensuring our pricing, promotions, product launches, content, and operations are aligned across channels and markets. You'll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, personally managing our highest-volume channels while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, Finance, and our international teams to drive sustainable growth.
