At Integrity PSC, you are part of a team that takes pride in doing essential work and doing it well. **Overview:** The Senior Distribution Designer is responsible for leading high-complexity projects, setting design direction, and serving as a technical subject matter expert. **** **Key Responsibilities:** · Lead large or technically challenging design efforts, such as grid modernization or underground initiatives. · Represent design team in project meetings and with external stakeholders. · Develop templates, standards, and workflows to improve design efficiency and quality. · Mentor and train designers across all levels. · Ensure quality, consistency, and innovation across all projects. **** **Qualifications:** · 7–10+ years of experience in distribution design with leadership responsibilities. · Expertise in design software, permitting, and constructability. · Excellent communication and decision-making skills. · Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. **** **Typical Project Types:** · Capital projects involving multiple disciplines · Grid modernization initiatives · Wildfire mitigation and resiliency programs · High-profile relocations involving agencies/utilities · Design audits and rework packages **** **Core Competencies:** · Adaptability and Change – Remains flexible and productive during shifting priorities. · Analysis/Decision Making – Applies critical thinking to develop practical solutions. · Quality and Accuracy – Maintains high standards in all deliverables. · Collaboration – Works effectively in cross-functional teams and client-facing environments. · Continuous Learning – Seeks and applies new knowledge to improve processes. · Planning and Organization – Manages multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
