This leader will guide cross-functional teams, influence executive decisions, and build products that improve retail operations at scale. - Define and own the retail product strategy, roadmap, and priorities across partner applications, onboarding experiences, catalog integrations, reporting tools, and pricing capabilities. - Apply deep retail and grocery expertise to ensure product decisions reflect real-world operational needs and business priorities. - Identify, validate, and prioritize high-impact opportunities using data, customer insights, and market understanding. - Lead and mentor a cross-functional product organization including product managers, engineers, and designers while establishing strong execution standards. - Own key business outcomes including partner adoption, store activation, product usage, and revenue growth. - Partner directly with enterprise retail customers, store teams, and executive stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into effective product strategies. - Support customer growth initiatives through product expertise, executive presentations, discovery sessions, and data-driven value propositions. - Improve activation processes by reducing operational complexity and accelerating customer onboarding timelines. - Collaborate with data and machine learning teams to integrate intelligent pricing, automation, and AI-driven capabilities into retail solutions. - Promote a culture of strong product judgment, experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. ## **Requirements:** The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with strong retail domain knowledge, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful enterprise products.
