Senior Director of Admissions and Outreach

If yes, Lakemary is looking for a Senior Director of Admissions and Outreach for our Children's Residential Service Program. This position will provide direct oversight of the admissions team. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining smooth work flows internally and upholding a positive image of Lakemary to external teams. **Senior Director of Admissions and Outreach Responsibilities:** - Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with agency partners, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. - Own admissions pipeline from initial inquiry to admission to meet census goals. - Establishes and implements effective communication strategies to ensure clear consistent and proactive engagement with agencies. - Become well versed in each state’s specific funding process’ - Collaborate closely with the Chief Program Officer of Children’s Services to plan, coordinate, and prepare for admissions, ensuring seamless communication and operational readiness. - Maintains and oversees admission data tracking and reporting systems to monitor referral and admission pipeline performance, analyze trends, and prepare accurate, timely reports for the executive leadership team and external agencies in accordance with reporting requirements. **An ideal candidate for this position has:** - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel - Excellent customer service - Ability to complete multiple tasks within a given timeframe - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Clear, friendly written and verbal communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively with children having a variety of disabilities. - Ability to communicate effectively with families and referral agencies. - Ability to be flexible and work in different residential and treatment situations to accommodate the disabilities of the child and treatment service needs. - Each individual working shall be qualified by temperament, emotional maturity, judgment, and understanding of residents necessary to maintain the health, comfort, safety, and welfare of individuals placed in psychiatric residential treatment facilities.
