This role focuses on ensuring that member interactions are handled effectively and professionally, vendor relationships are managed to maximize value and performance, and administrative expenditures are appropriately tracked, measured, and reported. The Senior Director works in alignment with member services, non-provider vendor management (including the Third-Party Administrator (TPA), Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), and ancillary vendors), plan document integrity, procurement processes, and the Analytics and Product & Engineering functions that transform the Fund’s data into actionable business insights. In an environment where members rely on the Fund for access to care and fiduciary responsibilities require sound administrative decision-making, this leader ensures that operational processes, systems, and controls are effective, efficient, and continuously improving.
