**JOB TITLE:** Senior Director, Corporate Relations **REPORTS TO:** Chief Executive Officer **FLSA STATUS:** Exempt **LOCATION:** Remote (U.S based candidates only), with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast or Eastern time zone. This role requires frequent in-person engagement in Washington, DC. WomenHeart is both a coalition and a community of thousands of members nationwide, including women heart patients and their families, health care professionals, health advocates, all committed to helping women live longer, healthier lives. This organization is poised for rapid expansion and leadership in the field. **Position Summary:** Reporting to the CEO, the Sr. Director of Corporate Relations is responsible for building, managing, and growing WomenHeart’s corporate funding pipeline and portfolio. This position is focused exclusively on private sector engagement and corporate revenue generation in support of WomenHeart’s mission-driven programs and organizational priorities. The Sr. Director of Corporate Relations is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, securing, and stewarding relationships with corporations, life sciences companies, and other industry partners. Success in this role requires strong relationship management, new business development, independent execution of core fundraising responsibilities, sound judgment, internal accountability, timely communication, and accurate tracking of activity and results. **Duties & Responsibilities:** Corporate Partnership Strategy - ​​Develop and maintain a clear corporate fundraising strategy that outlines how WomenHeart will meet annual corporate funding goals and revenue targets. - Develop and implement a corporate engagement strategy aligned with WomenHeart’s annual development goals and organizational priorities. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate prospects and current partners, including documented cultivation, solicitation, renewal, and stewardship plans. - Identify and pursue new corporate funding opportunities in life sciences, healthcare, financial services, consumer brands, and other sectors aligned with WomenHeart’s mission and values. - Assess prospective partnerships for mission alignment, reputational fit, and revenue potential. - Monitor trends in corporate giving, sponsorship, CSR, and industry engagement to inform strategy and outreach. - Identify risks, opportunities, and shifts in the external funding environment, and adjust strategy accordingly to strengthen WomenHeart’s corporate funding portfolio. Revenue Generation and Stewardship - Meet or exceed annual corporate revenue goals established by WomenHeart leadership. - Manage the full lifecycle of corporate partnerships from prospecting through solicitation, negotiation, contracting, implementation, stewardship, and renewal. - Grow existing corporate accounts while maintaining a consistent focus on new business development. - Develop sponsorship concepts, proposals, decks, and related materials in collaboration with internal teams. - Ensure that partner communications, proposals, reports, and stewardship materials clearly communicate mission value, impact, metrics, and next steps. - Maintain proactive and professional communication with funders and corporate partners. Cross Functional Collaboration - Work closely with the CEO, Development, Programs, Communications, and Operation teams to align corporate funding opportunities with organizational priorities and implementation capacity. - Coordinate internally to develop realistic program concepts, budgets, reporting plans, and deliverables for corporate-supported…
