What you'll do: Own strategic oversight of a high complex portfolio, serving as the senior client-facing executive in key relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers at agencies and brands. Set portfolio strategy and goals that ladder up to broader vertical/company objectives, and own accountability for tracking and reporting progress against revenue and growth targets to senior leadership. Build and scale a high-performing team to drive sustained YoY growth Own team capacity planning and resourcing decisions across multiple pod, ensuring consistent, high-quality account support at scale. Build a leadership pipeline: identify, coach, and develop future leaders, with direct accountability for succession planning on the team. Serve as a subject-matter authority on company capabilities and differentiators, shaping how the broader org positions them to unlock revenue and solve complex client needs. Act as the senior internal advocate for clients' product needs, influencing cross-functional and executive stakeholders on roadmap and prioritization. Cultivate senior, trust-based relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including at the executive level. Partner with Sales and Trading leaders at a senior level to align strategy and drive performance across Client Services. Lead cross-functional problem-solving with other functional leaders, identifying organization-wide opportunities for growth, efficiency, and effectiveness. Who you are: 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with 6+ years of programmatic experience in trading or a hands-on-keyboard function. Enterprise or B2B experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success building and scaling senior client relationships, including at the executive/C-suite level. Proven track record driving significant revenue growth across large, complex enterprise accounts. 6+ years of people leadership experience, including experience managing managers or senior individual contributors, with a track record of developing talent into next-level leadership roles.
