Roku is seeking a Senior Director of Ad Measurement, Insights, Analytics & Research to lead one of the most strategically important functions within our advertising business. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining Roku's measurement vision, scaling a world-class team, and establishing Roku as the gold standard for advertising effectiveness in the streaming era — for both brand and performance marketers. In this role, you will own the full measurement lifecycle — from strategy and methodology to delivery and go-to-market — across all advertiser verticals and ad products. Critically, you will serve as the connective tissue across Roku's internal functions — bridging Ad Sales, Client Services, Product and Marketing— ensuring that measurement insights flow across teams and translate into action. You will serve as Roku's external voice of measurement authority: representing the company at industry conferences, bodies and panels, building Roku's reputation as the most credible measurement partner in streaming. The ideal candidate is a proven measurement leader who combines deep technical expertise with executive-level influence, a sharp instinct, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team. An AI-first mindset is non-negotiable: you will be expected to actively champion and deploy AI tools across the team's workflows — from automating report generation and scaling insight delivery to using AI agents for data analysis — enabling the team to move faster, do more with less, and focus human effort where it matters most. For New York Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $320,500 - $373,750. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
