As a **Senior Digital Integration Solutions Engineer**, you'll work directly with customers in the field, leading the implementation of advanced power automation and digital integration solutions. During your first 9-12 months, you'll have the opportunity to travel up to 80% throughout the Central region, gaining valuable exposure to a diverse range of industries, technologies, and customer environments. Following this immersive onboarding and development period, the role will be based in the South Milwaukee area, supporting local customer sites. This is a unique opportunity to expand your expertise while helping customers modernize and optimize their power systems. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. ## What you’ll do: • Provide on-site implementation of Power Management and mission critical monitoring and control systems including Brightlayer, Power Xpert, Foreseer, PowerNet, and next generation Power Monitoring platforms. • Provide applied engineering and consultation to customers in the areas of system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, training and modification of power management, control, and mission critical systems. ## Qualifications: **Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with at least 3 years of experience working with/managing installations of Power Management, Power Control, Scada, Mission Critical, or Building Management systems OR in lieu of a degree at least 5 years of experience working with/managing installations of Power Management, Power Control, Scada, Mission Critical, or Building Management systems - This role is designated as a Regular Driver per Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy and requires a current, unrestricted driver’s license along with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record. Candidates will be subject to a motor vehicle record check upon hire. - Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
