FTMO, in partnership with OANDA (a global fintech company operating across 7 regulated entities and multiple languages) is looking for a Senior Digital Designer who can bridge the worlds of creative design and UX/UI design. You’ll be embedded in OANDA's award-winning in-house Creative Team — working on campaigns and digital experiences that reach traders around the world. We're looking for someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and knows how to turn a brief into a beautiful, high-performing digital experience. WHAT WILL YOU DO? - Lead Campaign Adaptation & Delivery: Take approved key visuals from the creative strategy team and build out a high volume of global campaign assets. Your focus will be entirely on execution and production, with roughly 70% of your time dedicated to digital ad adaptations and 30% to graphic design for smaller creative projects and web assets. - Own Front-End Website Visual Design: Translate approved content into high-fidelity, branded layouts for company website pages in Figma, ensuring digital experiences look sharp and consistent across multiple global markets. - Design Components & Features for Handoff: Create and refine web components and digital features, ensuring all files are perfectly organized in Figma and ready for seamless handoff to the development team and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) prior to live deployment. - Maintain Brand Excellence: Work within existing brand guidelines, applying your creative flair to ensure every asset is polished and elevated (note: this is an execution and adaptation role, not a conceptual or ideation role). - Mentor & Support: Act as a senior guardian of brand quality and consistency while helping mentor and guide less experienced designers on the team. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Content Editors, Web Development, CRO, CRM, and Marketing teams to turn briefs into pixel-perfect, live assets. WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE? - Senior Design Experience: 5+ years of experience in Graphic, UX/UI, or Production Design within an in-house or agency environment, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual execution and ad adaptation. - Toolbox Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro). - Workflow Efficiency & AI: Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to accelerate workflows, scale asset generation, and improve production efficiency. - Web & Visual Design Fundamentals: A strong understanding of visual UX principles, responsive design, component creation, and conversion-focused experiences to deliver clean, developer-ready website pages. - Cross-Functional Confidence: Comfortable working collaboratively with developers, content teams, and stakeholders to move projects seamlessly from Figma handoff to UAT testing and deployment. - Mentorship & Communication: Strong communication skills—able to clearly articulate your design decisions, guide less experienced team members, and act as a senior guardian of brand quality. - Professional Attributes: A high level of autonomy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work within established brand guidelines without needing to reinvent them. - Project Tools: Experience with JIRA is a major plus, though not essential. - Languages: Fluent English is a must (written and spoken). WHAT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE? - Experience in FinTech, Banking, FX, CFDs, or a similarly regulated industry. - Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g. Hotjar, Optimizely). - Understanding of design systems, component-based design, and CMS platforms. - Basic knowledge of front-end principles (HTML/CSS). WHY JOIN THE FTMO TEAM? - We are a Czech fintech that, since 2015, has grown from an idea into a global project. 🚀 - 300+ amazing teammates. We’re a great team who learn from each other every day.🤜🤛 - How do we work? We focus on meaningful work and open communication, while only ad…
