We are seeking a Sr. Developer, Systems to play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications that drive critical business operations. This individual will contribute technical expertise across multiple platforms, help guide development standards, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys leading complex development initiatives, and is passionate about leveraging modern technologies—including AI—to drive innovation and efficiency. **What You’ll Do:** **This is a Full-Time Salary Position** - Support the development of software solutions by: - Developing across platforms and environments, including SQL Server, C#, and .NET - Coding from detailed design specifications - Configuring applications based on business requirements - Applying DevOps practices and secure development principles - Contribute to system design by assisting in the development of integrated solutions and translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications - Partner with senior team members to translate business designs into scalable technical solutions - Support solution deployment and validation by: - Assisting with system integration and user acceptance testing - Providing post-implementation support to business stakeholders - Developing system testing criteria - Ensuring compliance with SOX and deployment standards - Participate in development standards by recommending improvements to functional and integration practices - Evaluate and support the adoption of new and emerging technologies - Support ongoing solutions by: - Gaining a strong understanding of business processes and strategies - Staying current on system capabilities and technology trends - Collaborating on resolving cross-functional and application issues - Maintaining accurate system documentation - Contribute to technical direction across projects, guiding design decisions and reinforcing best practices - Mentor and support team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing - Help align development efforts with enterprise architecture standards - Additional duties as assigned **Environmental Factors & Working Schedule:** - Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear - Sedentary work.
