**Sr. Developer – Oracle Applications – Order Management** **ABOUT YOU:** As a Senior Oracle Applications Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting all Oracle EBS applications with a focus on Order Management including the maintenance of products, pricing and product catalogs **YOU HAVE:** - **Experience.** Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS development with a strong focus on product definitions, product catalogs and sales order integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems. - **Education.** BA/BS degree with an analytical discipline - **Technical skills.** Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports. Knowledge/Experience with Oracle Financial and Manufacturing applications preferred. Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Workflow and BI Publisher is preferred. - **Problem solving skills.** Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - **Project management.** Proven track record of working in large-scale, high transaction volume Oracle EBS environments. - **Great communication skills.** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. **YOU WILL:** - **Design**, develop, and maintain product setups and product catalogs both within an Oracle EBS environment as well as a custom product catalog database. - **Create** and modify Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL packages, interfaces, and workflows. - **Create**, maintain and update custom forms within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules while adhering to Oracle development standards. - **Develop** and manage integrations between Oracle EBS applications and external E-commerce systems for both product catalogs and sales orders. - **Ensure** data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems. - **Provide** technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving Oracle application issues. - **Collaborate** with functional teams to address system gaps, enhancements, and new functionality requests. - **Monitor** and optimize system performance. - **Assist** in Oracle EBS support and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to key Oracle EBS applications. - **Test** and validate application changes in collaboration with the IT Business Analysts and key business users. - **Prepare** technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. - **Stay updated** on Oracle best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends. - **Typical/expected % of overnight travel:** None to Limited **LOVE WHERE YOU WORK:** - **We care about your health.** We offer competitive healthcare (health, dental, vision, coverage) in addition to voluntary benefits including home and car insurance, pet insurance, flexible spending account, amongst many more. - **We invest in your future.** Our 401K plan has immediate vesting, so you can start saving for retirement right away. - **We believe in flexibility.** We offer a hybrid schedule with on-site work 3 days a week. - **We want you to unplug when needed.** We believe in taking your time off without guilt and offer accrued paid time off and company paid holidays. \*For Washington residents, you will receive 13 vacation days, 8 paid sick leave, 11 company paid holidays, and family paid leave. - **We care about your development.** We support tuition reimbursement after 6 months of service. - **We believe in pay transparency.** The salary range is $85,000 to $124,000 with annual bonus eligibility. **APPLICATION DEADLINE:** August 30, 2026 **ABOUT US:** Jostens leads the student commemoration market and has been serving local communities for over 125 years.
