Join a lean, dynamic team delivering capabilities for NTS customers. **Key Responsibilities (Principal Duties and Accountabilities \*Essential Functions)** - Serve as a Senior Developer building the future of Stronghold, a SaaS offering - Manage workload during sprints - Discover user requirements and build user stories - Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate fixes with internal engineering team ## Requirements - **U.S. Citizenship Requirement:** Due to contractual requirements and the nature of our work supporting U.S. Government customers, this position requires U.S. citizenship. **Education** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent **Required Skills, Experience & Abilities** - 7+ years progressive relevant experience in professional software development - Experience developing against relational databases and ORMs - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Comfort operating independently across multiple customer sites **Preferred Qualifications** - CI/CD tooling implementation experience - Experience implementing JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, web applications - PostgreSQL leveraging Sequelize ORM - Experience developing applications deployed to Azure - Experience implementing telemetry and observability in web applications (e.g., App Insights, OpenTelemetry) **Physical Demands & Work Environment** The physical demands and work environment described are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
