The Opportunity Thinkingbox is looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing team. We’re seeking a highly creative designer with a strong foundation in brand identity, visual systems, and graphic design who is excited to bring brands to life across digital and experiential experiences. In this role, you'll lead the design of projects ranging from brand identities and design systems to high-profile multimedia activations, microsites, and large-scale digital platforms. You'll combine strategic thinking with exceptional craft, translating creative ideas into engaging, thoughtful experiences that deliver on client goals. Working closely with producers, creatives, strategists, and developers, you'll help shape the visual direction of projects from concept through execution. You'll also mentor designers, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to a culture of creativity, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
