Minimum qualifications: 5 years of progressive experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations. Experience with Salesforce CRM, enterprise CPQ systems (such as Salesforce CPQ or DealHub), and spreadsheet software (Excel or Google Sheets) for financial modeling and deal analysis. Understanding of software revenue recognition standards (ASC 606), SaaS contracting practices, custom billing models, multi-year deal structures, and pricing strategy. Preferred qualifications: 7 years of progressive experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, preferably within a fast-growing B2B enterprise SaaS company. Prior experience supporting enterprise sales teams across the APJ region (specifically Singapore, ANZ, India, and ASEAN markets). Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building trust with regional Sales Leadership and managing cross-functional alignment with Legal and Finance. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate complex, non-standard terms under pressure, balance risk versus reward, and deliver creative commercial solutions. About the job We are looking for a talented Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join us in spreading the power of Wiz across the APJ region. Based out of Singapore, you will report directly to the Director, Deal Desk, and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the regional sales team. In this high-impact role, you will help structure complex enterprise deals that adhere to high standards, optimize commercial deal structures, and reflect Wiz’s capabilities and professionalism. As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in scaling our regional sales engine, driving revenue velocity, and supporting Wiz’s next phase of hyper-growth. Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to APJ Sales reps and leadership to structure, negotiate, and approve complex, non-standard enterprise deals aligned with business goals and margin targets. Enforce discount structures, commercial guardrails, and corporate policies while maintaining agility and deal velocity in the APJ market. Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Revenue Recognition, Sales Operations, and Product teams to resolve non-standard legal or commercial terms and ensure revenue recognition compliance.
