MAKE AN IMPACT Job Title: Data Scientist - Wealth Management / Retail Banking Experience: 6 to 10 Years Location: Pune / Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our Data Platforms team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, and AI-driven solutions, with hands-on experience in the Wealth Management or Retail Banking domain . This role will focus on leveraging data to generate business insights, build predictive models, optimize customer journeys, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation across banking and wealth management products. Key Responsibilities Develop, deploy, and maintain advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Design and implement predictive analytics solutions for customer segmentation, churn prediction, cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, portfolio analytics, risk assessment, and client engagement. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, platform engineers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions. Build and optimize data pipelines and feature engineering frameworks to support model development. Monitor model performance and ensure continuous improvement through retraining and validation. Drive adoption of AI/ML best practices, model governance, and responsible AI principles. Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations and visualization tools. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Banking Analytics. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 6 to 10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence. Strong experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Retail Banking domains. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analytical solutions in production environments.
