About the role We are looking for an analytical profile with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate complex data into strategic and actionable insights. This position is essential for guiding data-driven decision-making and driving performance for our clients’ brands. Responsibilities Social media performance analysis and strategy; Work with data with a strong critical mindset and clear communication skills; Transform large volumes of data into actionable insights that directly impact strategic decisions and client outcomes. Key Responsibilities Social Performance Analysis: Conduct social media profile analysis (owned and competitor channels) and conversation monitoring to evaluate social media performance, including open web / brand health analysis and qualitative insights. Campaign Intelligence: Lead campaign analysis (including comment extraction and post-categorization analysis) to measure audience impact and sentiment toward marketing initiatives. Develop in-depth audience studies and market analysis to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities; Reporting & Presentation Excellence: Ensure high-quality reporting delivery and develop clear, compelling presentations with strong narratives focused on delivering real strategic value and measurable outcomes. Consulting & Client Relationship: Use critical thinking to support and influence client decision-making, building strong client relationships. Essential Requirements Strong Technical Experience: Solid expertise in social media performance analysis, organic content strategy, campaign reporting, and market analysis. Bilingual Communication: Proficiency in English (especially written) for report creation and use of global tools. Presentation Skills: Experience with presentation tools, particularly Google Slides. Impact-Oriented Mindset: Ability to transform raw data into strategic insights that generate real business impact and value. Tools & Preferred Knowledge Essential: Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Google Sheets, ExportComments Additional: Google Trends, CreatorIQ, Tubular, AppsScript, LookerStudio What we expect from you Results Orientation: Passion for measuring, optimizing, and demonstrating impact. Weekly Campaign Reporting: Analyze user comments, sentiment, and engagement data from paid campaigns. Periodic Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports evaluating organic content performance across social media feeds. Data Management: Structure databases and extract comment data to support comprehensive campaign reporting. We are looking for a self-driven professional who feels confident interfacing directly with clients and managing expectations without the need for constant oversight. Requirements & Qualifications Social Media Analytics: Strong knowledge of social media metrics, performance reporting, and social listening (including conversation, sentiment, and perception analysis).
