With operations in 100+ markets and growing fast, our mission is to reshape how people discover and book accommodation through technology that travelers can trust. 🔍 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to own supply analytics, partnering closely with our Supply Partnerships managers to make every supplier conversation, integration decision and commercial negotiation data-driven.About the role You will be the analytical backbone of the Supply Partnerships team. Vio works with dozens of supply partners (OTAs, wholesalers, chains), and each one differs in availability, price competitiveness, commission terms and reliability. Your job is to make that landscape measurable and actionable. This is a stakeholder-facing, ownership-heavy role. Rather than answering one-off questions, you will build the self-serve tools, monitoring and metrics that help partnerships managers answer most questions themselves and step in with deeper analysis, business cases and experiments where it matters most. ☑️ WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own supply performance metrics - Define, own and monitor the KPIs of each supply partner: bookings, GBV, commission rates, availability, price competitiveness, cancellation behaviour - Be the go-to person for what changed in supply performance and why - Detect and diagnose performance shifts proactively, before partners or leadership ask - Build tools for partnerships managers - Design and build self-serve dashboards, reports and analytical tools that partnerships managers use in day-to-day provider management and negotiations - Build LLM-powered self-serve tools - we believe LLM agents are the right interface for partnerships managers to answer their own data questions, and this role is expected to develop the skills to build them properly: encoding metric definitions, vetted queries and domain knowledge into agent skills so the answers are trustworthy - Standardise how provider performance is measured and communicated, internally and with partners - Reduce repetitive ad-hoc requests by productising the most common analyses - Business cases & commercial support - Build business cases and scenarios for commercial negotiations: commission tiers, rate access, new feed types, throttling and traffic allocation - Support prioritisation of new provider integrations with sizing and opportunity analysis - Help leadership shape the long-term supply strategy with data on inventory strengths, weaknesses and trends - Experimentation - Design and run A/B tests for supply-side changes (e.g. enabling a new feed, changing provider configuration) and communicate results and recommendations clearly - Know when a simple test is enough and when a question needs a different measurement approach - Raise the analytics bar - Share knowledge with other analysts and contribute to best practices across the analytics chapter The team You will work closely with: - Supply Partnerships managers, who own the relationships with our providers - Product managers and engineers working on provider integrations and the marketplace - A horizontal analytics chapter for knowledge sharin…
