About the role We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations Analytics team in Barcelona. You will partner closely with Rover’s Operations org, driving initiatives and supporting analytics towards furthering Rover’s customer experience. This is a high-visibility role involving direct collaboration with a diverse set of stakeholders to define, measure, test and improve the success of customer experience programs and product developments. A key component of this position will be providing product analytics support for our Bookings Confidence team, which aims to tackle customer service improvements through product developments. The ideal candidate is a passionate problem-solver who comfortably translates ambiguous business challenges into clear questions, deep analysis, and strategic recommendations that drive action. You’ll be joining an international team, reporting to a Barcelona based Analytics manager, with colleagues and stakeholders split between Barcelona and Seattle. This is a hybrid role: we're in our Poblenou office two days a week (Mondays and Thursdays), so you'll need to be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate. This is a hybrid position that has the minimum expectation to work out of our Barcelona Office in the Poblenou neighborhood two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays. For this reason, candidates must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
