This role serves as a key analytics resource responsible for evaluating gaming machine performance, gaming software behavior, route and market activity, operational trends, and enterprise KPIs. The successful candidate will design efficient reporting, testing, and analytical solutions that help measure, explain, improve, and predict performance across the business. This position will partner closely with Operations, Product, IT, and corporate data management teams to ensure decision makers have accurate, timely, and actionable insights. ## Role Focus - Analyze gaming machine performance, software outcomes, operational trends, route performance, and market-level activity to identify opportunities for revenue growth, efficiency, and improved decision making. - Use T-SQL /SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to query, validate, transform, and analyze data from multiple operational and enterprise sources. - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualization tools. - Leverage AI tools responsibly to accelerate exploratory analysis, generate deeper hypotheses, summarize complex patterns, and improve the quality and speed of analytical deliverables. ## Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Interpret data and analyze results using statistical and analytical techniques to support recurring rep…
