Geotab is seeking a Senior Customer Delivery Manager who will play a vital role in driving the success of strategic customer-facing projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of product pilots and implementations to drive greater product adoption across key industry segments. What you'll do: As a Senior Customer Delivery Manager your key area of responsibility will be overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects focused on optimizing a premier customer experience, delivering high-impact results that contribute to strategic growth. You will need to work closely with customers, senior management, cross-functional project teams, and external resources. To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated, decisive, and collaborative leader with diplomatic and motivational skills, and the ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong project management expertise, customer relationship management skills, and technical knowledge, with the ability to successfully drive projects to completion while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit of the company. How you'll make an impact: Responsible for overall project execution success, serving as the main point of contact for customers and senior management for the project. Support all aspects of the implementation and progression of assigned projects, from original concept through project closure activities. Provide leadership to the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and adhere to their responsibilities and project milestones. Define project goals and deliverables that align with the company’s strategic objectives and customer expectations. Define high-level work plans, key project tasks and deliverables, and manage the integration of resources and knowledge across projects and tasks. Manage project issues, risks, and changes in scope to mitigate impact to customer experience and critical path deliverables. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues — communicating across leadership.
