THE ROLE Senior Creative Strategist UK/EU The Sr. Creative Strategist for UK/EU is a performance-minded, market-savvy leader who bridges global creative output with the nuances of European consumer behaviour. This person excels at identifying what's working in the US market and translating it for UK and German/French audiences; while also building the infrastructure to test, learn and scale independently. This person is energized by solving complex business problems, making high-judgment decisions in ambiguous environments, and turning insights into scalable, revenue-driving creative strategy. Success in this role looks like: Consistently identifying high-performing US creative and adapting it to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in UK & DE/FR markets Owning the experimentation framework that enables the EU/UK team to move fast, document learnings, and scale winners while maintaining strong alignment with brand identity Serving as the primary creative liaison between UK & DE/FR market needs and the US creative and production teams Improving win rates and spend efficiency through a rigorous, data-backed testing cadence Acting as a strategic partner to the Director of Paid Social UK & DE/FR and cross-functional brand, design, and marketing teams Leveraging data to inform strategic direction This role is critical to establishing Paid Social as a core growth engine in the UK, Germany and France. This role will be onsite 4-days a week based in London, Madrid, or Berlin.
