Senior Creative Strategist

We’re hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to take ownership of paid social creative strategy for a fast-growing DTC jewelry brand selling across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The business is already operating at significant scale, with approximately €1M/month in Meta ad spend. Until now, the founders have been closely involved in creative strategy. This hire will take over that responsibility, improve the creative testing process, and help build a scalable internal creative function. This is not a Media Buyer role. You’ll work closely with performance data and the founders, but your main responsibility will be understanding why creatives win and turning those insights into better concepts, messaging, scripts, and testing systems. About the role This is a high-impact position with substantial ownership. You’ll have access to meaningful ad spend, fast feedback loops, and direct communication with the founders. The goal is not simply to produce more creatives, but to build a repeatable system that consistently finds and scales winning concepts while improving the speed and quality of creative production. The role is fully remote within Europe and requires good overlap with CET working hours. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own the overall performance creative strategy for Meta Ads - Analyse creative performance across metrics such as CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS and hook rate - Identify winning hooks, angles, formats, messages and audience insights - Develop new creative concepts, scripts, ad copy and detailed briefs - Build structured creative testing and iteration roadmaps - Research competitors, customer pain points and market trends - Direct video editors, designers and other creatives - Review creative output and provide clear, performance-driven feedback - Turn campaign data into actionable creative decisions - Improve creative workflows, documentation and production systems - Help build and lead the internal creative team - Work closely with the founders and performance marketing side of the business WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Strong experience in DTC / e-commerce - Meaningful in-house / brand-side experience - Hands-on experience developing creative for Meta Ads - Experience working with meaningful paid social budgets and high creative volume - Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and consumer psychology - Excellent ability to develop hooks, angles, concepts, scripts and briefs - Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data - Experience with structured creative testing and rapid iteration - Experience directing or managing designers, video editors, creators or other creative team members - Strong copywriting skills - Fluent professional English - Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, fast-moving company Experience in fashion, jewelry, beauty, wellness, apparel or other visually driven consumer brands is highly relevant. Experience with AI creative tools and AI-assisted production workflows is a strong plus.
