Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on, global SaaS and software transactions attorney to join our legal team. With frequent, substantive senior executive engagement, this position will serve as the primary legal business partner to the strategic and enterprise account sales teams. We operate in a fast-paced, high-volume cybersecurity technology environment. Our commercial legal team is nimble, collaborative, positive, proactive, and results oriented. We expect the same from you. You must confidently manage internal and external expectations, relationships, and customer negotiations, and deliver advice and work product grounded in a sound understanding of Delinea’s business and operations.
