Senior Collections & AR Specialist

About the Role We are looking for an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented Senior Collections & AR Specialist to join Cloudinary’s CFO Office. As part of the Billing team, you will report to the Billing Director and take ownership of Cloudinary’s global collections operations. You will work directly with customers and collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely payments, resolve complex billing and payment issues, and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies to support the company’s cash flow performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems, and continuously improving processes in a fast-paced global SaaS environment.
