**Position:** Senior Career Advancement Specialist **Reports To:** Site Manager **Location:** Broadway Day Services **Hours:** Full-time/40 hrs. Monday-Friday with flexibility for evenings and weekends. **Overview** Triangle has an immediate opening for a Senior Career Advancement Specialist at our Broadway Day Services. This advanced role builds on the Career Advancement Specialist position and provides leadership in employment development, program innovation, and staff onboarding. The Senior Career Advancement Specialist equips adults with disabilities to achieve meaningful career and personal goals by expanding access to supported and competitive integrated employment, collegiate pathways, and workforce readiness opportunities. **Triangle's Expectation of Employee** - Adheres to Triangle policy and procedures - Fosters a positive, solution-oriented culture consistent with Triangle's mission - Promotes employment, self-advocacy, and independence across programs and participants - Acts as a role model within and outside of Triangle - Maintains a positive and respectful attitude towards participants, staff, and community partners - Communicates regularly with supervisor - Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload - Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position, with a willingness to flex hours as needed **Primary Responsibilities** - Deliver individualized and group-based career readiness, employment, and collegiate pathway services - Provide 1:1 job development, job coaching, and career planning support - Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to support personal and professional growth - Integrate independent living, self-advocacy, soft skills, and workplace readiness into programming - Support participants in developing natural supports to increase independence and community integration - Provide transportation to employment-related activities as needed (interviews, assessments, job searches, job coaching) - Develop and maintain relationships with community employers and collegiate partners - Identify, create, and expand competitive, integrated employment opportunities - Facilitate job shadowing, training opportunities, and workforce exposure experiences - Monitor job performance, workplace behavior, and satisfaction for supported participants - Troubleshoot employment-related concerns with employers and stakeholders in a professional manner - Meet and maintain a 35-hour per week quota - Support onboarding and training of new Career Advancement Specialists across the department in collaboration with the management team - Lead or co-lead monthly best practice meetings with the Employment Team - Design, implement, and evaluate one new employment-related initiative per quarter, such as mock career fairs, workforce training events, employer panels, or innovative employment programming - Produce and manage supported employment schedules and monitor contract utilization - Submit accurate daily billing and documentation using Penelope software - Contribute to monthly ISP/Life Plan progress notes and goal tracking - Collect and maintain data related to ISP/Life Plan goals, behavior plans, and employment outcomes - Collaborate with Case Management to ensure participant goals are met - Participate in ISP/Life Plan meetings with DDS, participants, and support teams as needed - Maintain regular communication with families regarding employment progress and needs - Participate in team meetings, supervision, and department planning sessions - Flex schedule as needed to meet employment site and participant needs, notifying management of changes **Qualifications** - High School Diploma required; additional Education preferred - One to Three years of Human Services job placement experience preferred - Some Marketing and/or Sales experience preferred - First Aid/CPR and Safety Care or willingness to become certified. - Massachusetts Driver's License and clean driving…
