Be part of a team that works and plays together. In This Role, Your Goals Will Be: In 3 Months Build a strong rapport with the immediate team. Establish strong relationships with media vendors. Ensure all processes employed by the team are compliant with required standards and guidelines. In 6 Months Independently lead and execute monthly meetings. Identify and implement changes that positively impact buying performance for clients. Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal. In 12 Months Begin developing the skills and capabilities required to progress to the next level. Develop and lead negotiations on behalf of the client. Demonstrate strong selling skills, with the ability to sell media plans and additional internal initiatives to clients. What You’ll Bring A skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefits of marketing opportunities to brands. Strong organizational and numerical skills. Strong negotiation skills. Flexibility and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Ability to manage multiple demands and deliver against challenging deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, formally and informally.
