Co-creating delivery plans and roadmaps, balancing business priorities with project and operational constraints. Representing the project team in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, providing the appropriate level of information and influencing business decisions. Coordinating collaboration with business stakeholders to identify their actual needs and validate proposed solutions, considering contractual and technological constraints. Working closely with UX designers, architects, and development teams, taking responsibility for shaping solutions that meet business needs and are technically feasible.
