In this role, you'll ensure supplier payouts are executed accurately and on time while building scalable processes that strengthen financial controls and improve operational efficiency. You'll analyze payment and reconciliation data, investigate discrepancies, drive process improvements, and leverage AI and automation to eliminate manual work. Working closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, and our global Supply Partners, you'll solve operational challenges and build systems that enable our Finance Operations function to scale with the business. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes through data, and driving measurable operational impact. This role is based in Bengaluru. We're looking for candidates who are local or open to relocating. 🤩 What Makes This Role Special? Own business-critical financial operations. Execute supplier payouts exceeding USD 30 million every month, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and operational excellence across one of Headout's most critical finance functions. Drive operational excellence. Go beyond execution by identifying reconciliation gaps, performing root cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions that strengthen financial controls. Build the future of Finance Operations. Leverage AI, automation, and technology to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and create scalable financial processes. Work across the business. Partner closely with Accounting, Treasury, Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, and global Supply Partners to solve complex operational challenges with real business impact. Operate in a fast-moving environment where your analyses, ideas, and improvements directly shape how our Finance Operations team scales. 💝 What Skills & Experience You Need? 1 to 2 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Operations, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for process improvement. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience performing root cause analysis and driving issues to resolution independently. Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
