Senior Associate, Credit Card SME, Consumer Banking Technology, T&O

**1. Application Support & Service Management** - Manage and support country applications hosted in Taiwan and regional platforms, with major responsibility for credit card systems. - Ensure stable day-to-day production operations and application availability. - Diagnose and resolve production incidents, coordinating with relevant support teams to restore services promptly. - Manage application security requirements, including vulnerability remediation, security patching, and ISCD compliance. **2. Business Analysis & Requirements Management** - Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document user requirements. - Evaluate business needs and recommend system solutions and enhancements. - Support project initiation and solution design for new implementations and system improvements. **3. Change & Release Management** - Manage end-to-end system change requests through DBS internal CI/CD and Change Management platforms. - Coordinate with internal technology teams to plan, deploy, and validate production releases. - Support business users in production verification and post-release activities. **4. Project & Vendor Management** - Lead system enhancement and technology implementation projects from initiation to delivery. - Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful execution. - Obtain approvals for contracts, SOWs, funding, and project-related expenditures. - Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver project objectives. - Manage UAT, user sign-off, procedure updates, project reporting, and escalation. **5. Governance, Risk & Compliance** - Ensure compliance with DBS Taiwan policies, Group Technology standards, and regulatory requirements. - Support governance controls related to application deployment, security, and operational processes. - Maintain appropriate documentation and audit readiness for technology applications. **Key Deliverables** - Stable and secure application operations. - Successful delivery of technology projects and system enhancements. - Timely implementation of application changes and releases. - Compliance with DBS Group standards and regulatory requirements. **Location:** Taipei Hub - 13F **Job:** Technology **Schedule:** Regular **Employee Status:** Full time
