Senior Analyst – Employee Benefits FP&A

At Protective, the Employee Benefits FP&A Senior Analyst owns key financial reporting, planning, and strategic analysis deliverables for a growing business segment, and serves as a go-to resource for more junior team members. This role partners directly with leadership to lead the development of clear, actionable insights on sales, profitability, and business performance, while driving key initiatives including product expansion and new market growth. You will be responsible for working with complex financial data, independently translating results into meaningful insights that drive decision-making, and helping guide the analytical approach of the broader team. This role is located in our Birmingham, AL office and has in-office requirements as part of a hybrid schedule.
